• Challenge-based commitment system

• Progress tracking and streak monitoring

3. User Accounts

To use Supernova, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Challenges and Commitments

When you create a fitness challenge on Supernova:

• You agree to submit proof of workout on your designated days
• Missed days may result in financial penalties as outlined in your challenge
• Challenge terms are binding once accepted and payment is processed
• You can cancel your challenge according to the cancellation policy

5. Payment Terms

Monthly subscription fees are charged automatically. You agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Pay all fees and charges on your account
• Update payment information to avoid service interruption
• Accept responsibility for all charges under your account

6. Content and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or fraudulent workout proof
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the Service

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods or unused challenge days except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Supernova is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
