How do I create an account?

Download the Supernova app from the App Store, tap "Join Now," and follow the onboarding steps. You'll set up your workout schedule, choose your daily commitment amount, and complete payment setup.

How do I submit workout proof?

Open the app, tap the camera tab, and take a photo at your gym or workout location. Our AI will verify your location and submit your proof automatically.

What happens if I miss a day?

Missing a scheduled workout day will break your streak and may result in financial penalties according to your challenge terms. Make sure to submit proof on all your commitment days!

Payments & Billing

How much does Supernova cost?

Supernova requires a monthly subscription plus your daily commitment amount. The subscription covers platform access, while your commitment amount is what you risk each week.

How do I update my payment method?

Go to Account → Subscription → Payment Method and tap "Update" to change your credit card information.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team at support@supernovahq.app with your request and we'll review it.

Account Management

How do I change my workout schedule?

You can modify your schedule at the end of each challenge period. Go to Account to view your current challenge and make changes for the next period.

How do I delete my account?

Contact support at support@supernovahq.app to request account deletion. Note that you must complete any active challenges before deletion.
